The Telluride Jazz Celebration is a summer tradition bringing together the past, present, and future of jazz.A not-to-be-missed musical event, Telluride Jazz Celebration has earned national and international favor for featuring the best in classic, mainstream, blues, Brazilian, African and Latin jazz music. v
Performances are staged outdoors in the daytime and in intimate clubs and historic concert halls at night.

Overview: Since 1977, the Telluride Jazz Celebration has been taking over the town for a few days in early August. While the festival features plenty of established and international artists, it also tries very hard to nurture the "new voices" of jazz.
Where: Concerts and events take place throughout Telluride. Some venues include Town Park Stage, Wilkinson Public Library, Stage at Elks' Park, Sheridan Opera House
