Galloping Goose Shuttle
The Galloping Goose Shuttle in Telluride, Colorado began as an alternative form of transportation when the railroad, which serviced the area of the San Juan Mountains, was forced to scale back due to the decline of the value of silver. Today the Galloping Goose Shuttle provides transportation in and around the city for locals and tourists alike.
It is easy and convenient to get around the Telluride area aboard the free shuttle known as the Galloping Goose. The shuttle provides transportation for locals and tourists to get from place to place or to get to the many area attractions. The Galloping Goose offers several routes that can get you anywhere you may need to go. There is the Downtown Shuttle Route, the Norwood routes, the Lawson Hill Schedule, and the Summer Town Loop Schedule.
Each route runs free of charge from Monday through Friday and some of the routes are maintained during the weekend. Just check with the local office of the Galloping Goose in Telluride to obtain a schedule of all the possible routes.
