Telluride Regional Airport (TEX) and Montrose Regional Airport are the closest airports to fly into to reach Telluride, Colorado. Once at the airport, you can take advantage of the several shuttle companies that provide service from these airports to the town itself.
The shuttle services allow you to sit back, relax, and take in the 360-degree views of the beautiful San Juans as you make your way from the airport to the small historic mountain town.
You should be aware that the Public Utilities Commission regulates ground transportation within the state of Colorado and you should check with the company you choose, or with the PUC to make sure that the shuttle service your select is authorized to provide the type of service and can transport you to the right destination.
