Ouray, Colorado is a unique destination for travelers. This small community is in the heart of the rugged, towering peaks of the Rocky Mountains. Nestled in the narrow end of a valley and surrounded on three sides by mountains rising over 13,000 feet, some have referred to Ouray as the "Switzerland of America".

There are many things to see and do while in Ouray starting with the restored Victorian structures, both private and commercial found through out the town. The people are very friendly and the landscape is unique and spectacular.

While in the area you can enjoy ATV and off-road adventures, backcountry skiing, downhill skiing, fishing, ghost towns, golf, hiking, horseback riding, soaking in a hot springs pool, ice climbing, ice skating, mountain biking, rafting, rock climbing, and many more activities.
