Tech Festival
The Telluride Tech Festival is an annual event that celebrates the past,present, and future of technology. Taking place over an entire weekendin August, seize the opportunity to learn about the state oftechnology and where it is heading, all amidst Telluride's gorgeous backdrop.
Telluride serves as a perfect host for the Tech Festival for many reasons. Not only does it have the distinction of being home to the world's first commercial grade AC power plant built in 1891, but the mountains provide an encouraging environment for constructive discussion and thoughtful reflection. The Tech Festival is a small gathering of innovative people, eager to exchange ideas and passions for all things technical. Throughout the weekend, there are presentations by festival honorees, usually experts in the technology field, panel discussions, and even a traditional picnic on Saturday. If you are interested in attending the Telluride Tech Festival, buy your tickets early as they are limited.
