If you have never had the chance to see a skiercross race, do not missyour chance with the Skiercross Classic at Telluride. This race inearly December attracts the biggest names in the industry for the firstof 5 races that take place throughout the season at different venuesacross the country.

Skiercross is an aggressive, action packed race where 4 skiers on the same course have one goal; to be the first one down. Telluride provides a perfect setting for the first race, offering one of the longest courses in the series. With speeds in excess of 60mph and twists and jumps along the way, there is plenty of maneuvering needed in order make it out on top. After three elimination rounds, the fastest skier emerges to take the glory and the large prize purse. With both men's and women's divisions, the Skiercross Classic is an exciting event for everyone and is not to be missed.
